Thank you, Chris, for reading - so glad you find it helpful!Yes, I understand what you mean - I occassionally have meetings too, but probably not as much as you do :) I think one thing that can help you in this is to prepare yourself mentally for this context switching in advance in the morning when you look through the plan for your day. And treat every meeting like a "pomodoro" session. Of course, it is longer in this case than 25 min, but it's uncontrolable, right? :) So I think it treating it like another, just longer "pomodoro" session helps, and then take a break (to switch the focus) and after that, when you don't have meetings, focus on regular "pomodoro" sessions and breaks. ;) Hope this helps!
